We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time, as promised on our website.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. Placing multiple orders to ship products to different addresses would be best.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days.
We ship all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Ensure your order reaches you in the fastest time and good condition.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
If postage service does not meet its service guarantee, customers can notify Start Wholesale Supply, and we will gladly place the claim with postage service to recover your shipping costs. Start Wholesale Supply will credit customer accounts for the shipping fees from successful claims as soon as postage service has paid the claim.

DECLINE SHIPMENT

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call 0123456789 mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure a replacement delivery is made to you as soon as possible.

Shipping rates are determined by size, weight & distance. Shipping costs will be added to your order after it is packed & weighed. The flat Shipping Rate applies up to 21 lbs—box (18" X 18" X 18"). An overweight charge applies on shipping. Shipping fee is subject to change.

SATURDAY SHIPMENTS

Postage service only operates on Saturdays for the four weekends between Thanksgiving and Christmas. During the rest of the year, We will pick and pack all Saturday orders that specify postage service as their method of shipment; however, those packages will not begin moving until the following Monday.

SUBSIDIZED SHIPPING

All our available shipping methods are either flat-rate or have Freight shipping options. Please remember that NON-VAPE postage service does not deliver on Saturday.
Shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states and shipments that include bulk items are not eligible for Start Wholesale Supply's free or flat-rate options.

DIRECT SIGNATURE SERVICES

Service available by postage service. Direct Sign means someone at least 21 years old at this address to sign for the package; otherwise, they leave the package outside without knowledge. The customer must inform us of this service. We will apply an extra $4 per package.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We only provide COD for now.

SHIPMENTS TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AND POST OFFICE BOXES (P.O. BOX)

Because federal and state regulations require age verification, Start Wholesale Supply only ships to commercial addresses. Shipments to residential addresses or post office boxes may be canceled without warning. Continued shipping to residential addresses may result in account cancellation without warning. We are not able to provide COD services due to our shipper restrictions.
